Hi, I’m Nancy! Welcome to my Interior Design site, where I might go on and on about a new trend in interiors, old ones I’ve had enough of, or anything else that tickles my fancy!  All topics of decorating and design are much better as a conversation, so I hope you will join in when so moved – just add comments and I will definitely read them!  Let’s talk design, nesting, beauty, environment and living our best lives – let’s talk!

Oh, I’m also a real estate broker, so if you need to FIND your dream home first, I can help you there as well – that’s why they call me “the house lady”!

Nancy earned a 5-year degree in Interior Design, with a marketing minor from Texas A&M Commerce (a zillion years ago, albeit) and helped raise her 4 kiddos while running her design studio in Greenville for somewhere around 30 years before adding REAL ESTATE to her repertoire….passionate about both, and passionate about helping people…..she is perhaps most in love with bringing beauty and new life to sad old spaces.
